EarthCam Shares Construction Time-Lapse Evolution of Rutgers University

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

New York, March 20, 2018 -- Rutgers University-Newark in New Jersey recently celebrated the opening of the new Life Sciences Center II. EarthCam, the leading provider of construction camera technology and services, is joining the celebration by sharing its latest time-lapse movie, highlighting construction for the new academic building from July 2015 to March 2018.

The $59 million, state-of-the-art, science facility was a project decades in the making. The new building serves as the hub to the science quad, a multi-building teaching and research complex for the life sciences studies. EarthCam’s high definition construction camera documented each stage of the 32-month project. In-house time-lapse producers edited and condensed the archived footage into just one minute, delivering a completely unique look at the construction process.

Watch the decades-in-the-making vision for the Life Sciences Center II come to life with EarthCam’s construction time-lapse movie. EarthCam has served as the construction camera technology provider for several Rutgers University construction projects, including the Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy on the University’s main campus.
