EarthCam's Construction Time-Lapse Movies Recognized by The Communicator Awards

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

New York, May 15, 2018 -- EarthCam, the leading provider of construction camera technology and services, is pleased to announce that three of its professional, hand-edited 4K construction time-lapse movies were honored by The Communicator Awards – the Louvre Abu Dhabi, 56 Leonard in New York City and Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta.

Recognized for excellence in editing, EarthCam’s time-lapse movie for the Louvre Abu Dhabi showcases 8 years of construction progress, from November 2009 to November 2017. The movie seamlessly transitions from interior and exterior perspectives, providing a completely unique look at this new world-famous museum. EarthCam’s time-lapses for 56 Leonard and Mercedes-Benz Stadium were both recognized for videography and cinematography. The time-lapse for 56 Leonard highlights progress for the 60-story residential tower in NYC’s Tribeca neighborhood from March 2014 to December 2016. The rise of the tower is shown using a split screen editing technique, providing both a wide and close-up look at the building. EarthCam documented construction for Mercedes-Benz Stadium, home to the Atlanta Falcons from June 2014 to September 2017. Viewers can see progress inside and out with EarthCam’s award-winning time-lapse.

The world’s leading project owners and developers rely on EarthCam construction cameras to document and time-lapse their most significant projects. A combination of innovative webcam technology and professional installation for comprehensive documentation creates high-quality content for cinematic time-lapse movies. EarthCam’s Creative Team puts a major emphasis on post-production editing, transforming the construction process into a work of art.
